Traderfrmerchant provides professional wardrobe consultation services. As we offer services rather than physical products, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies.

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the consultation: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation: No refund

Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling options:

  • You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to availability
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred alternative date and time

Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing exceptional wardrobe consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer:

  • A follow-up consultation session
  • Additional guidance and support
  • Partial refund in exceptional circumstances

Force Majeure

If we need to cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency, or events beyond our control, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Offer to reschedule at your convenience
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Package Services

For multi-session packages:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions completed
  • Unused sessions may be refunded at the per-session rate
  • Package discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are issued

Payment Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
